Item lost or not as described

Item(s) not as described

In the unlikely event that one of our sellers sends an item in the condition that wasn’t as described. Please contact the seller within 48 hours of receipt.

Additionally please wait up to 48 hours for the seller to respond. 

Should they not reply within 48 hours you may begin the formal process of requesting a refund. This process notifies the seller via email and within their notifications. If the seller does not make contact after a further 48 hours you will be required to escalate your case to PayPal (from their website) under their buyer protection. At this stage it's important to notify us to determine if we should take action against the seller.

1a) PSA Cards/Booster Packs

With a maximum of 48 hours upon receipt PSA cards and Booster Packs may be returned providing the item(s) are in the same sealed condition. There are no exceptions to this policy. Once the item has been received back by the seller, they will issue a refund.

In the unlikely event the wrong item(s) is sent to the buyer the buyer should contact the seller within 48 hours of receipt. Should the seller want the card to be returned, the seller must pay the postage with tracking and shipping instructions.

1b) Sealed Products

With a maximum of 48 hours upon receipt only sealed products may be returned providing the item(s) are in the same sealed condition. There are no exceptions to this policy. Once the item has been received back by the seller, they will issue a refund.

In the unlikely event the wrong item(s) is sent to the buyer the buyer should contact the seller within 48 hours of receipt. Should the seller want the card to be returned, the seller must pay the postage with tracking and shipping instructions.


Item has not yet arrived


National

Should your items not arrive in the time frame recommended by the courier used please contact the seller. Please wait up to 48 hours for their reply before contacting Ludkins Collectables.

Please note that most couriers depending on the postage chosen, will usually ask that you wait up to 28 working days for your items to arrive. Should your items not arrive in that time the seller will refund or replace that item.

Should the seller send out a replacement item sooner and the lost package eventually arrives, please notify the seller immediately.


International

Should your items not arrive in the time frame you paid for please contact the seller. Please wait up to 48 hours for their reply before contacting Ludkins Collectables.

Note: international orders typically take one week to arrive as standard.

Please note that most couriers depending on the postage of you’ve chosen ask that you wait up to 28 working days for your items to arrive. Should your items not arrive in that time, the seller will refund or replace that item.

Should the seller send out a replacement item sooner and the lost package eventually arrives, please notify the seller immediately.
